  • Acceptance of Terms
    Welcome to Ludo King, a digital adaptation of the classic board game Ludo. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ludo King website and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
  • Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are between the ages of 18 and 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • Account Registration
    To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Ludo King immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • User Conduct
    You agree to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:
    • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
    • Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods in connection with the Services.
    • Violate any laws, rules, or regulations in your use of the Services.
    • Infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and publicity rights.
    • Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including sending unwanted communications to other users.
    • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
    • Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Intellectual Property
    The Services and all content and materials available on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of Ludo King or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content or materials available on the Services without the prior written consent of Ludo King.
  • User Content
    You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit using the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Ludo King a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to your User Content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
  • Privacy
    Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Termination
    Ludo King may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
  • Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ludo King, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred directly or indirectly as a result of (i) your violation or breach of any term of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation, (ii) your use or misuse of the Services, or (iii) your User Content.
  • Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Ludo King makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services. You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Ludo King disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Ludo King does not warrant that the Services, their servers, or email sent from Ludo King are free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Limitation of Liability
    Ludo King will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
  • Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be in India.
  • Changes to Terms
    Ludo King reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
  • Entire Agreement
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ludo King regarding the use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Ludo King relating to the Services.
